• At 8pm, we will be setting up for the World's Largest Ghost Hunt while you tour the property.  After your tour until 10am Sunday, The Manor is ours to investigate to our hearts content.

LEGAL INFORMATION, CANCELLATION POLICIES, AND COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

• National Ghost Hunting Day / World's Largest Ghost Hunt is for 18 years of age or older
• • You must present a valid ID at the investigation
    
• Deposits on payment plans are non-refundable
  
• Dates are subject to change
  
  • If the event date changes due to BSR Paranormal or SIGH, you can either transfer your package to the new date or get a full refund
    
• If the location closes
  
  • You can either get a full refund or you can transfer your package to the new location
    
• If there is a non-investigator(s) staying in your hotel room, the non-investigator(s) will need to pay a percentage of the hotel room rental rate
  
  • This does not include those under 18 years of age
    
• You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the event(s)
  
• Souvenirs, gas, meals, snacks, drinks, etc are not included in your package unless specified
  
• You will not be allowed to bring weapons on the investigation
  
• You will have the option to order a t-shirt once your package is purchased or deposit placed.  The link to purchase the package will be sent 3 weeks prior to the investigation

  • Not stay at the hotel if you chose a package with hotel accommocations, you will not receive a refund
    
• If you bring a pet or service dog to the event, you will responsible for the pet deposit, daily pet fee if applicable, and any damage that may occur
• If your service dog or pet must be under control at all times
  • If your service dog or pet becomes agressive or disrupts the event, it will be removed

REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

• No Event Protection Insurance or if the Event Protection Insurance will not Reimburse You
  
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • If you cannot attend and have to cancel your package, you will not receive a refund on any investigations, tours, or souvenirs
    
    • If you cancel on or before 09.06.2019, you will receive a 75% refund for your hotel accommodations if you purchased a package with hotel accommodations
      
    • If you cancel between 09.07.2019 through 09.13.2019, you will receive a 50% refund for your hotel accommodations if you purchased a package with hotel accommodations
      
    • If you cancel on or after 09.14.2019, you will not receive a refund
  • If you are asked to leave a location or event, you will not receive a refund
  • If you are asked to not attend an event, you will not receive a refund
  • If you do qualify for a refund, it will be mailed within 30-45 business days of the cancellation
    • Once the refund check is issued, it may take up to 30 days for your refund to be delivered through the mail
    • If your check does not arrive within 30 days, you may requets the check be reissued
    • If a check is reissued for any reason, you will be liable for the stop check fee of $30 per check
    • If you request your refund be sent Certified Mail, you will liable for all charges associated with this type of mailing

Event Protection Insurance

• If you have purchased event protection insurance, it only applies to what you have purchased on Thriller Events
• If you have made a deposit for a payment plan, the insurance only applies to the deposit and other terms apply for the payment plan that you will receive from BSR Paranormal
  
• If you purchased event protection insurance, there are certain terms and conditions that apply to get a refund from the insurance company
• If you do not receive a refund from the insurance company, no one associated with this event is liable for a refund
• The event protection insurance is non-refundable.  The event manager(s) do not receive this fee, therefore we are unable to refund it
  

Service Fees

• Service fees and taxes will not be refunded.  The event host does not receive the taxes and fees, therefore, we are unable to refund them
  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Room Information

• If you sign-up for 1 person in a room and someone decides to join you and share a room
  
  • You will receive a refund or credit for the difference
    
  • If the person decides not to come after being given the credit or refund, you will be required to pay the difference
    
• If you sign-up for 2 or more people per room and the other party(s) cancel
  
  • You will be required to pay the difference or part of the difference if there are other roommates
• If you sign-up for 2-4 investigators per room and there is no one else staying with you
  • You will need to pay the difference
  • Or sign-up for 1 person per room

Conflict of Interest, Professionalism, Ethics, and Event Integrity

• If you have been banned...removed from an event hosted by...or membership revoked by any team attending as a Team Lead, you will not be permitted to attend NGHD / WLGH at Thornhaven Manor with SIGH and BSR Paranormal
  
• If you have slandered...mocked...berated...tried to intimidate...called any member, guest, investigator, or representative of any team attending as a Team Lead, any derogatory names, you will not be allowed to attend NGHD / WLGH at Thornhaven Manor with SIGH and BSR Paranormal
  
• If you owe any team attending money, you will not be allowed to attend NGHD / WLGH at Thornhaven Manor with SIGH and BSR Paranormal
  
• If you have treated any employees of a hotel, tour sight, restaurant, or investigation location unprofessionally you will not be allowed to attend NGHD / WLGH at Thornhaven Manor with SIGH and BSR Paranormal
  
• If you have been asked to leave a location or an event, you will not receive a refund
• During the time of NGHD / WLGH at Thornhaven Manor with SIGH and BSR Paranormal if you
  
  • Mock, berated, try to intimidate, embarrass, etc. another guest, you will be removed from the event without a refund and banned from any future events hosted by BSR Paranormal and/or SIGH
    
  • If you do not follow a Team Lead's instructions for safety, you will be removed from the event without a refund and banned from any future events hosted by BSR Paranormal and/or SIGH
    

Paperwork

• If you do not turned your signed paperwork in by the required date
  
  • You will forfeit the amount paid for the package your have purchased
    
  • If you speak to BSR Paranormal or SIGH about your paperwork, you may get an extension if the reason is feasible
    
    • If the reason is feasible, you will be given one (1) extension
    • If the paperwork is not turned in by the extension date, you will forfeit your package with no refund
      
• Paperwork will need to be printed, signed, and returned.  We do not accept computer generated signatures for legal reasons.
• If you ignore multiple e-mails and messages concerning your paperwork
  
  • Your reservation will be cancelled without notice
    
  • No refund will be issued
    
• All terms and conditions will be on the paperwork that will be e-mailed to you to
  

Payment Plans

• Once you have made your down payment through Thriller Events, you will need to pay the remaining payments through PayPal
  
  • You will receive instructions on how to use and set-up PayPal with our paperwork
    
• If you miss a payment without speaking to BSR Paranormal or SIGH
  
  • You will forfeit your package
    
• If you need additional time to make your monthly payment, please contact BSR Paranormal or SIGH and we may be able to work with you
  
• You may be subject to a late fee if your payment is more than five (5) days late
  
• You may be required to pay the difference within 30 days or you may have the difference added on to each monthly payment
