ArtLofts is housed in the historic Rutland Department Store building established in 1916.  We are focusing on the back half of the building (second floor) which has been converted into artist studios.  Brandy Stark, an artist and 25 year paranormalist, has been in her studio for 5 years.  The SPIRITS of St. Petersburg has been investigating the building since 2013.  Come and see what denizens reisde within the building!  (All are friendly!)
