Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka follows enigmatic candy manufacturer, Willy Wonka, as he stages a contest by hiding golden tickets in five of his scrumptious candy bars. Whomever comes up with these tickets will win a free tour of the Wonka factory, as well as a lifetime supply of candy. Four of the five winning children are insufferable brats: the fifth is a likeable young lad named Charlie Bucket, who takes the tour in the company of his equally amiable grandfather. The children must learn to follow Mr. Wonka's rules in the factory... or suffer the consequences.

   They did a wonderful job in this ply. Costuming and props where amazing. All the people performing and in the background did a wonderful job. We greatly enjoyed the play. Thank you for all you work, effort and time put into putting in such a great performance! Loved every minute of it❤️

 I try to attend every production Growing Dreams puts on, and they have always been stupendous. Willy Wonka did not quite measure up. The set was great, and the costumes were wonderful as usual. However, the majority of the actors seemed stiff. Cute Oompa-Loompas though. Biggest issues: START ON TIME & don’t talk. Don’t repeat the director’s notes that we already read in the program. And leave the mics ON! I couldn’t hear the actors half the time and I sat in the
