   I purchased tickets to attend the Sunday show with my mother to celebrate her birthday. Unfortunately, the morning of the event she woke up sick and we were unable to attend. I was a little disappointed that there was no opportunity to get a refund on these tickets. I tried to give them away on many different groups, and nobody wanted them. Just hated to see the money go to waste.

   Loved the music! At intermission several were saying they couldn’t hear the singers over the band. I went to the sound booth at intermission and told the guy this problem, but before I got to the booth another patron was there, telling them he’s on the front row and couldn’t hear the voices either. Was a little better the second half.

   WCPAC has a poorly designed lobby which is too small with a bad layout. Too crowded in the lobby for my disabled mother to manuever her rollator/walker. Womens restroom facilities did not have enough stalls. Really needs redesigning. Not enough disabled parking.

 Overall great communication. There was only one mishap around the location of auditions. The email said location was Franklin Rec Center (assuming the location at 1120 Hillsboro Rd, Franklin, TN 37064) butwith no address in the email. but the audition location was actually at the Rec Center located at 112 Everbright St, Franklin, TN 37064

 This was my first time for us seeing a production of “Star Bright”! As a grandparent I wanted to treat our family to a fun and wholesome way to celebrate Christmas. I wasn’t disappointed! The topic is just as relevant now as it was when Charles Dickens wrote this play! Wonderful to hear about the Lord in the script. Fun way to remind us that Christmas is about the One who 1st gave & about family,, giving and loving! It was a wonderful presentation!!

  This was our first visit to WCPACTN. We were excited to have the experience as there are many shows coming up we would like to attend. The music for this show was so loud that I put in ear plugs, plus a cloth headband and held my ears. My husband was also extremely uncomfortable with how loud the music was. If you are going to do these types of performances, in this small a venue, you need to get a decibel meter. We left at the interval because our ears were ringing

     We have loved all our previous events at the Performing arts center, including the last time Ultimate Oldies played. So much so that we invited 3 other couples to join us last night. The sound was so loud, it hurt our ears, gave some headaches, we had to stuff toilet tissue in our ears, as the volume was intolerable and not enjoyable.

       If you have general seating, then it should be general for everyone. If you are going to reserve blocks of seats, then make it reserved seating, which makes the most sense anyway. I didn’t appreciate getting there close to an hour before the show started to get a good seat, and find that many were marked off. We come to many of the shows and this policy should stop. Go to reserved seating is a simple and fair solution. We have tickets to the next 3 performances.

     Great musicians, however when we purchased tickets we thought the performance was one hour only. Usually bluegrass also involves harmonies. The sound tech needs to regulate the piercing high notes or lower the sound.

     Great show, great singers, but I have one complaint (that could also apply to other shows I’ve seen there): whoever mixes the sound likes the drums WAY too loud, to the point where the drums drown out the singers. I’m not there to hear the drummer; I’m there to hear the singers.

     I was thoroughly impressed with how well the show was put together. The organization of the dancers and the event was top notch! This was my daughter’s first recital so I wasn’t sure how long it was going to last, it was only a 2 hours, GREAT JOB!!! The food truck was a really nice touch!

           Easy ticket purchase. So sorry had to leave at intermission. Acoustics so loud it even made my jaws ache. Each support musician very talented however instruments did not seem to blend. Don’t regret attending but other tributes were better .

   What a fun experience! Letters From Home was filled with songs you wanted to sing along to! The venue was perfect as it was a more intimate setting. All the seats have a great view of the stage. My only complaint was the lighting for the silent auction. I got there early enough to see the items being auctioned off, but after dark it was difficult to see. Overall a great time was had by all!

       Very entertaining evening. I was a little disappointed. We arrived early to get floor seats because of a disability and the floor and most of lower rows of balcony section were saved for big groups We had to climb stairs to the next to top floor. I feel maybe they need assigned seating so people that need lower sections may have a chance of getting one. There wasn’t a chance for this show.

     This event was advertised with no reserved seating to buy. Imagine our surprise when we got there 15 minutes after doors opened to find there were LOTS of reserved seating by “special” groups. We had to sit on the back row.

   It was grossly over crowded and with the dance instructor in the middle of a small dance area, no one could see her feet to follow along. Too many people to learn anything. The room was great itself, just not large enough for the crowd. The teacher, however was great - very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and exactly what one would want in a dance teacher.

     All the actors did a great job. Just a pet peeve.. the mics hinder the actors from learning to project their voices into the audience. The German accent sounded a lot like Scottish at times but it was fun. I was surprised that, a Christmas show's second act was tragic. Lots of kids in the audience see death at Christmas. Great talent, great show..

  The students did an awesome job! Felt like I was right there with them in the annex. Very riveting! Loved the screen at the end telling of the lives lost and finishing the story. Melanie Sutton's words at the end of the performance and her written letter in the program were moving and left me feeling inspired and hopeful because of these young, bright, wise and caring young adults who are our future!

   Great experience as a first timer! Ticket purchase was easy to navigate. The only comment I would have is I didn’t realize you could purchase general admission tickets for the “upper” section. It wasn’t clear on the site. I may have considered that as I am short! Your facility is beautiful, the staff was welcoming and I will definitely come again.

   Very good facility. Easy to move around. Sometimes difficult to completely understand performers (microphones/sound system)and we sat in the front row. Chairs being connected together caused vibration others in the row were constantly tapping moving incessantly. Made it difficult to concentrate on the performance. Is the sound system set up to help those with hearing aids tune into the system?

 Uninformed of a canceled show. Recommend wcpactn creates a "Status" site and print the url on ticket. Can go there up to one hour prior to show for shows' status. Three people pulled up in a parking two spots next to my car prior to my return. It was dark. I thought they were patrons and approached them to ask them if they knew about the event. They had a giant bottle of alcohol about to be shared between them and blankets. Scary. Thankful I was not hurt.

     Why did you have those young people actually kissing??? It would not have taken away from the integrity of the story line to NOT have them kiss! Why not promote and encourage purity. You had small children seeing all of the kissing which promotes going way too fast too soon in relationships. That was very disappointing!

   I had no idea what I was getting into when I got tickets for this play. What a delightful surprise! It was remarkably entertaining. I forgot they made a musical out of this great story. The production was fabulous. The kids were so great at singing and performing. Choreography and staging was clever and fascinating. The music was perfect. The sound quality was great. All the kids look like they were having so much fun. We especially loved seeing the young adults! Thanks!

    Venue extremely cold...tempted to leave at intermission not having warmer clothing! Door signs indicated MASKS ENCOURAGED but none of front-of-house staff wore them!....??? No exterior light on sidewalk between main doors and raised sidewalk a serious fall hazard. Venue not appropriate for music events....lecture/speaking only; no reverberation...too much carpeting and upholstered chairs. Would have to carefully choose appropriate event to attend again.

   Unfortunately I ended up purchasing double amount of tickets. Didn’t get confirmation after first via email so I went back thought I deleted order to be safe. Could be just my computer illiteracy or did anyone else have difficulty?staff of backlight very helpful.
