Okay folks - we managed to get a date that worked well with our schedule. First hurdle, done.. whew!

This VIP PRIVATE is happening the night BEFORE the Ditto House investigation which is the night BEFORE the Spirits Squatches and Stories event hosted by the Packs at Fort Duffield. The weekend is super busy but we wanted to kick it off with our friends and family at a bucket list location.

Important : A lot of people want in and we are trying to be fair about it. So, we are going this route to secure your spots for the investigation and for the AirBnB if you want in.

Important x2: I have NOT Secured the AirBnB Yet - I would like to do that asap. If you want in, I would really like you to get that taken care of , HERE, ASAP so I can secure it with the deposit (which is about 1400). Think it over ... we need to move fast if we want this house. If that doesn't work, I will find a smaller BnB for a smaller group of people.

It is $225 to stay at the bNb - 2 nights or four, the price doesn't change however, if we lose THAT house, and I find a smaller (less expensive) house for a smaller group, I will adjust refunds appropriately of course.



Here are the details:


1) This is not a public event - it is private and is intended for friends & family - trusted individuals.

2) I have paid for Waverly ... pricing is not for profit but does include a little extra so I can tip our guide (yes, I believe in tips for guides).

3) TIMES: We have Waverly from 8P until 4A - doesn't mean we have to be there that long, but those are the hours.

4) I added an AIRBNB option. I found a giant house that I would like to secure - why I am asking for a refundable (more like an adjustable) deposit.

The house is a 4 bedroom and sleeps 13 - we can figure out the sleeping details later. If we can get enough people to make this house work, I will book it but we need to do it soon. If we have fewer than we need to keep it affordable, we will grab something smaller. My goal is the big house since I think we should all go big that weekend :)

The price is 2500 for 4 nights (we would have the house Wednesday night through Sunday AM (checkout).

RIGHT NOW, I am counting on 11 of us (which I think is doable)   to take on the bnb, we are looking at 2500/11 = 225 per person for the four nights (about $56 per night - which is a BARGAIN) - see pics below.

I will need the balance of the BnB by April 20th or you can pay in full.
