Waverly Hills Sanatorium Haunted House 2025

The Waverly Hills Haunted House general admission runs the entire first floor of the building.

  • The RIP tickets includes a mini tour of the sanatorium, Plus fast pass access into the haunted house
  • Enter through GATE B located at 8501 Standing Oak Drive Louisville, KY 40258.
  • EXIT through GATE A (Please follow all parking lot staff's directions)
  • Gate B opens at 7:30PM and closes at 12:00AM, must be through the gate by Midnight


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • *RIP ticket holders MUST be checked in and present in line no later than 11:00pm EST
  • *NO MINI TOUR tickets may be purchased seperatly from RIP tickets
  • *Tickets are good for admission on date of event only.
  • *Tickets are single use
  • *TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE

Parking is $5.00 CASH per car load.

*Larger vehicles subject to additional parking fees...

 

General Admission Tickets cost $ 20.00 plus tax and fees.

RIP Tickets cost $ 60.00 plus tax and fees.

 It was great, the scare actors were super engaging and fun, shoutout to the one guy in a straight jacket that kept scaring us along the whole thing!

 Very unorganized and was very rushed. The haunted house was ok but the workers don’t need to get in peoples faces and scream in their ear.

 The only thing that saved the night was the haunted house. That we have never been disappointed with, but it’s not enough to bring us back when we drive two hours to get there.

 It was our first time going and we definitely did not expect all the vendors and entertainment. It was a blast! The gift shop had some great merchandise too! It was such a fun experience with my son!

 Absolutely amazing. The haunted house lasted for quite some time. Mini tour was very short. The ball was nice and there were so many wonderful people there.

 The haunted house was okay. There were no real jump scares and lots of missed opportunities for scares. My husband had to use the bathroom after the tour and before the haunted house. He was told he could come back in and join us if he ran outside to pee, but once outside, he wasn’t allowed back in - even though we paid for the RIP tickets. So he didn’t even experience the haunted house. Throughly disappointing.

 The event it as poorly implemented as the website. Do not buy tickets, they will change the dates on you and refuse to contact you regarding the issue. This is all a scam.

 I think there was missed opportunities to scare. Had plenty of space where actors could have been & they were empty..

 The ONLY suggestion I would make for the Halloween attraction would be to turn the fog machines down by about 10%. Otherwise it was amazing!

 We liked how they had the tents set up for everyone. It was raining and cold when we went so the tents helped with that. I also like how they put so much time and effort into doing this. We will definitely be back.

 Amazing! The mini tour and scare house were perfect. The atmosphere was great as soon as we got there! The scare house is one of the coolest I've ever been through. Will definitely be back to do the full tour, and to do the R.I.P tickets again next year!!

 Staff was amazing and scare actors were so into their characters! Honestly I was amazed at how mi h I got scared by them 😂 really nice prop set up too

 The beginning show was awesome! The hard work and detail throughout the place was brilliant and we loved the 3-D glasses part! We will definitely be back!

How did you like the event?

 I was expecting some slow, boring tour of the place for 2 hours. But instead, they actually had us go into the haunted house they had specifically tailored to fit the theme of the insane asylum. The actors were really cool, unfortunately they weren't allowed to touch us. It was a great experience nonetheless. The haunted house had so many great rooms, traps, and tricky spots to navigate through in the dark. Also, its pretty safe for children around 13 y.o.

 the haunted house was awful. There was so much animations and fake material used there was not very many actors in the haunted house....not much to be scared of.

 My family and I had the best time! My teenagers had never been to a haunted house before so they were nervous! They had the best time though and the actors were all so amazing!!! This was my second time coming and we will keep coming as long as we can
