Waverly Hills Sanatorium Haunted House 2025

The Waverly Hills Haunted House general admission runs the entire first floor of the building.

  • The RIP tickets includes a mini tour of the sanatorium, Plus fast pass access into the haunted house
  • Enter through GATE B located at 8501 Standing Oak Drive Louisville, KY 40258.
  • EXIT through GATE A (Please follow all parking lot staff's directions)
  • Gate B opens at 7:30PM and closes at 12:00AM, must be through the gate by Midnight


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • *RIP ticket holders MUST be checked in and present in line no later than 11:00pm EST
  • *NO MINI TOUR tickets may be purchased seperatly from RIP tickets
  • *Tickets are good for admission on date of event only.
  • *Tickets are single use
  • *TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE

 

PARKING

Parking is $5.00 CASH per car load.

*Larger vehicles subject to additional parking fees...

 

General Admission Tickets cost $ 20.00 plus tax and fees.

RIP Tickets cost $ 60.00 plus tax and fees.

How did you like the event?

 Waverly Hills needs a photo op spot for post haunted house. Perhaps a ring light set up with timer where the users can text themselves the photo. OR a professional photo like medieval times captured outside the gates prior to the video start where guests can purchase a printed copy.

How did you like the event?

 Most of the scare actors did not really do any scaring. They just stood there swaying back and forth or making noises. There were only a few that actually tried to scare you.

 Okay / I'd say average. The tour was fine - the presenters were strong in their knowledge and delivery. The haunted house was fun - nothing scary though. I was really hoping that it would be more than I experienced.

 Went on Halloween night and was told short staffed excuse. So tired of places using that for excuse to not provide services for the RIP price.

 I enjoyed my experience! The actors all did a great job! My only complaint was that large chunk of the haunt that was pitch black. For some that might be totally scary but for me it felt like a quick fix for a lack of budget or ideas? Every other part was awesome though! Definitely coming back next year!

How did you like the event?

 The haunted house portion was one of the best I have been to in a long time. They had good animatronics, but didn't RELY on them like so many haunted houses do these days. It was a good balance of jump scares and eerie silence

 I don't think the mini tour was worth 40.00 but the haunted house was worth 20.00. I wont take the tour from here on out but I will be back for the haunted house.
