Waverly Hills Sanatorium Haunted House 2025

The Waverly Hills Haunted House general admission runs the entire first floor of the building.

  • The RIP tickets includes a mini tour of the sanatorium, Plus fast pass access into the haunted house
  • Enter through GATE B located at 8501 Standing Oak Drive Louisville, KY 40258.
  • EXIT through GATE A (Please follow all parking lot staff's directions)
  • Gate B opens at 7:30PM and closes at 12:00AM, must be through the gate by Midnight


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • *RIP ticket holders MUST be checked in and present in line no later than 11:00pm EST
  • *NO MINI TOUR tickets may be purchased seperatly from RIP tickets
  • *Tickets are good for admission on date of event only.
  • *Tickets are single use
  • *TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE

 

PARKING

Parking is $5.00 CASH per car load.

*Larger vehicles subject to additional parking fees...

 

General Admission Tickets cost $ 20.00 plus tax and fees.

RIP Tickets cost $ 60.00 plus tax and fees.

How did you like the event?

 The haunted house was good, but I was disappointed they didn't take better advantage of being in an old Sanatorium. If you blindfolded me and dropped me in this haunted house I would have no idea I was in a cool old Sanatorium because they covered it all up with generic wood walls.

How did you like the event?

 I know there's not much more that you can do to scare someone without physically harming someone, but it really wasn't scary. All the lights made it feel UN-authentic, it really killed the vibe when we made it to the building & seen "come see our x-mas laser light show" flashing across it. The VIP tickets should be $40 vs $60 for the quality.

 I've lived in Louisville my whole life,heard how scary the place is,I guess my expectations were too high because it was Waverly. A few good jump scares, too me, it's a little over rated.

 It’s was so fun except for the dark room the people breathing in my ear was too much and I was telling them to stop and that I was not given a safety word but the continued I was crouched down on the floor cry and had to be dragged out by my girlfriend and we where called fat by a worker which very much upset me and my girlfriend other than that super fun

How did you like the event?

 My wife and I enjoyed the “haunted house”. This was our first time being here and the waiting lines were fast. The vendors were very friendly and was fair with their prices.

 I thought they did an excellent job. Well coordinated, good setup, and a lengthy event that was worth the money.

 I like the event, but for a total of $208 fir 3 people to attend, I feel like it's not a good value. The fun house was a part, but that wasn't what we really came for. We came for the tour and the stories, but the roughly 15 minutes for the tour was disappointing
