This event is for those UNDER the age of 18, and their chaperones. Each guest, minor & chaperone must have their own individual ticket. The pricing is per person! We have different dates and events for adults 18 years of age and older.

 

Join us for a night of ghost hunting at the infamous Waverly Hills Sanatorium!

Prepare to explore the dark hallways and rooms of this historic location, known for its paranormal activity. Whether you're a seasoned investigator or a curious beginner, our experienced team will be there with you on this six-hour semi-guided adventure.

 We had a really good time. Waverly is never a disappointment! We love it there. I hope the work on it continues. It is such an amazing building. Thanks for the fun night! 👻👻👻

 The event was great. You basically get to go through and do your own investigations with other people doing they're own stuff.

How did you like the event?

 This was our 3rd time to come. The other times, the guides were fantastic! They had little activities if you wanted to join, told stories about the past and their experiences, you could just tell they loved and cared for that building. This time, the guides were non-existent, the tour was like 15 min, stories were short and kids were so out of control they were literally running down the halls shining flashlights in everyone’s eyes and so loud. It was obnoxious.
