The service was good with our server. The buffet was mediocre and consistency was off such as the cold food temperatures. When I did have good hot food it was good. The desert bar was a disappointment and it ran out early.

   Food was not hot, it was hardly even luke warm.

   Only issue I had & wished was offered was that the airshow was broadcast over speakers so we could hear all about the air show & the various different planes as they went over. Airshow is my favorite part of thunder & would love to hear more about the planes as they came.

     All employees were very friendly, and the amount of food provided was good. We were not able to taste any of the desserts due to few samples. This experience was much better than previous experiences for this particular event. Thank you for a great time! It would be great if next year, there could be some type of announcements during the air show to let the audience know what type of plane we will be seeing, etc. as well as hearing the audio music during the fireworks.

   Our 8 Family members had a fabulous time in Uplands Beer Garden. The Access to the food and Port-a-Potts was very convenient. The only reason I can't give it 5 Stars is because the food in the Beer Garden was COLD. I spent almost $80 on Barbecue Sliders and Mac & Cheese. While the Sliders were tasty, they would have been better hot. The Mac & Cheese was one big clump of cold, inedible pasta. Not at all near Uplands standards. Very Disappointing.

 Location was great but the management lacked great service; definitely not worth $50/person to sit on the grass with a lot of dog turds. Drinks and food menu was ridiculous!

  All of the staff was very helpful, courteous attentive and friendly. The food was delicious.

  My first visit to the Jeffersonville location already has me planning for the next. The bar staff were amazing and attentive on this very busy occasion.

   Our servers, especially Amanda, were excellent. Friendly, attentive, and over-the-top accommodating.

   We loved our table. The view was unbelievable. Would want same table next year. I have a suggestion though about the desserts. The desserts were depleted.by about 6 pm. I think it would be a better idea to offer less choices. Some people were taking one of each dessert so that is probably the reason not everyone got a dessert. You could maybe offer a cookie and cupcake choice. Just not a large variety. Then maybe more guests would get a dessert choice.

   Mike was wonderful to work with. I just wish he could control the weather as well as the great job he and staff did with event.

   The staff was amazing! Very attentive and fun! Even brought us a taste of a beer they thought we would like based on what we ordered. Food was very good. Only suggestion for next year is to not run out of desserts. I will say though that because I showed disappointment in no dessert they brought me a chocolate soufflé that was delicious!

     It was great, but had one issue. I was told on the phone by a manager before ordering tickets that children under 8 were free for this event, so I did not purchase extra tickets for my kids. Once we got to the entrance, I was rudely asked, “who told you that?!” It was mildly embarrassing, as if we were trying to skate by without paying. Other than that it was great. We will be back for this event next year.

 Generally we have been pleased with Upland and it's one of the normal places we go when we come in town.

 *Beer Garden Tix* Overall, I though the experience was very good. Food & drink prices were fairly reasonable & good quality. I do think that for $100/ticket, outside food should be allowed to an extent (I know control of persons bringing in alcohol is of concern). That being said; $100 per ticket to simply put up a lawn chair for an 8+ hour event & not be allowed to at least bring snacks/food in, is a bit annoying. Tix $ is a pretty rich margin for Upland already.

 1. allow guest to purchase separately or include in the price parking passes 2. Inform guest that they can bring chairs if they wish to sit in the open areas outside - this would have been helpful to know in advance 3. staff was friendly but slow in the beginning with getting drinks and having to ask repeatedly.

   We had a great day & evening @ Upland on Saturday, April 23 during Thunder over Louisville. Our one & only complaint was that the food buffet was sometimes not kept stocked.

   Food, beer, service and the view was great.

 I already explained this to the manager. I called ahead of time to make sure I understood what we could bring and what was included with our $100 admission to the beer garden. I called Friday morning at 11:25 and again on Saturday afternoon . Both times after she answered the phone and inquired from someone else I was told the food was included,obviously that was not the case and the manager made it clear. The corn and tortilla chips were good and the hamburgers Were cold.

   A wonderful time, well run event, staff was great, food was very good and plentiful, thanks for experience

   Overpriced. Great view but 25 bucks at king fish is a better deal. You’d probably get more people to go even if it was 40-50
