Tri-trained's swim sessions are designed to give you  the understanding of the stroke and allow you to take this away and use what you learn in your swim training sessions.. We have limted the numbers at each session, this way we can give more specific feedback to the swimmers, each session is developed to stretch you, with adaptations made to allow intermediate to elite swimmers to get what they need from the coach.

If you are an intermediate and above swimmer join us and take advantage of the extensive experiance of the coaching team.
