   I would have liked the recipients in the email correspondence to have all been BCC’d, so people I don’t know, can’t see my email address-privacy concerns. Also I thought the show was at 10PM earlier confirmation of later showtime would help, otherwise all considering its good to see shows can at least be continued and done safely. Thanks!

     My experience with The Wire Entertainment at the lounge in South Gate, CA was iconic. This was my best Halloween I've had! IIgot my ticket after they went on sale out of excitement to see Kokane and Big Hutch, only to then get hit with RBL Posse and 2nd II None added to lineup!! As a huge fan of West Coast old school hip hop, I knew this night was going to be beyond epic. I hung out with an artist and friend Roc Box almost all night, and made memories for a lifetime!

       If I could rate this zero stars i would. I know the corona virus situation is new to everyone but I did not expect this company to take advantage of its fans and keep our money I’ve had airlines refund me for flights THEY had to postpone or cancel. I had no control over the orders placed upon us to stay home and would have appreciated this company to show more empathy towards their fans and help them out during these difficult times by returning our own money.

 Was hard figuring out what to do. Purchaser should receive clear, concise instructions with ticket email. Website is complicated too. Didn’t know where to go or do the day of the show. Received access code more than an hour after show was supposed to begin. Gray screen message was confusing. Couldn’t tell if logged in to view the show or if it just hadn’t started

 Access Code should be sent immediately upon purchasing the ticket for the event. There is no need to delay the code until event time or on top of it, to delay it even beyond the event start time. It was also confusing on where to apply the code to get into the event due to it being emailed at the last minute.

   No communication..no one picked up the phone or responded to emails and there were no instructions prior to the event. Customers had to go to the artist page to see if the artist had info..the venue should be the one to do this and not leave every customer confused. Every1 was questioning the artist..this should never have happened of the venue did part.

   I am very dissapointed that I paid to watch a live event, only to have to wait over 30 minutes after the concert started to get an access code. When I received that access code it wouldn't let me watch the concert, it said video would be available shortly. Then after over an hour goes by, i get access to watch a pre-recorded show. very very very disappointed.

 First of all major props to Krayzie Bone for doing something new and different for his fans, performing a lot of songs that he usually doesn't. The video quality of the stream was very good. Unfortunately what made this viewing experience not as good as it could be was the audio. I dont know if it was a intentional decision to not grab the audio directly from the soundboard. Hearing it from the camera mics was not the best way to do it. Also the delayed start was a bummer.

 Overall the event was mediocre. I found it be very low budget. There were gaps in between artist and the dj playing music. The crowd was never hyped. The turnout was low a lot of people left. We paid for vip section the chairs were filthy and so much dirt. The highlight of the show was Dove Shack and Ying Yang Twins for sure. Will I attend again definitely no. I was expecting more. This was quite an experience.

 No signs directing where the event was at and also NO ADA Parking spots near concert. There was no blankets or chairs allowed so I was forced to sit on the ground where there was mostly dirt! We were not allowed to end until 2:55 pm even though my tickets said it started at 2:00 pm. I think the boaters in the ocean had a better seat & view.
