Las Cruces has astounding talent! Everything was delightful!

       Everything was so enjoyable! Norman Lewis shined as Director. The cast was marvelous! The singing outstanding! The acting was fantastic! Costumes were beautiful! The Children outstanding! Kudos to the wonderful cast and crew! A very enjoyable Saturday afternoon. Thanks to all for a fantastic Saturday afternoon, I so enjoyed every aspic of this play.

   Truly loved it, a classic brought to life.

   An entertaining evening.

   My family really enjoyed the show. The kids did a spectacular job! But what I really want to point out is we got excellent customer service from the ticket office after my daughter came down with the flu and then a cold. Timothy made it super easy to exchange our tickets for a different show, which I unfortunately had to do twice. When we finally got to the theater, we had a wonderful evening!

   Having seen the movie version of this musical, I wondered whether a local theater company would pale by comparison. I couldn't have been more wrong. Francesca Perez-Wright was perfect as Maria (we had seen her in Mary Poppins a few seasons ago, so we knew she'd be excellent). Holly Mesarch, as Mother Abbess, gave an extraordinary rendition of Climb Every Mountain. And the kids in the Green Cast were perfect too. We couldn't have been more pleased with this production!

   Enjoyed the show so much! Hardly noticed it was as long as it was . Everyone did a fantastic job in both singing and acting. Set was great as well as staging. Professional quality.

   Excellent performances. Incredible voices. There is truly remarkable talent in Las Cruces.

   Music was stunning. Acting was great and so was scenery, choreography, etc. etc. etc.

   Everyone was on cue! From the oldest to the youngest! Whoever did the casting matched each person with THE perfect part! The entire production flowed smoothly. Not once did we feel bored or "in a hurry" for it to be over. In fact, we wished it was longer! BRAVO ALL!!

   I thought it was the best Musical ever presented by the theatre. Only a couple of comments. The Actor playing the Captain should not have been wearing white sox, and he was when he sang a little off pitch. But the rest of the cast was the greatest. I can only hope that now with the possible dropping of the El Paso UTEP Dinner shows, that we will continue to get great shows produced here at the Community Theatre. I also personally thought most of the Green Cast was better.

 Wow, what a great show. Our cast (the green cast) was wonderful!! Everyone of the characters is perfect for their role. This was truly a Christmas present I will cherish the memory of. Norm Lewis directed a brilliant presentation. The stage setting took us to the beautiful Austrian mountains. The singers all have such beautiful voices. There are so many talented people here in Las Cruces. Thank you LCCT for bringing such a great show to our community.

   The first half was long. It would have been nice if they would have cut out some of the unpopular/unfamiliar songs to keep it to an hour.

   Fabulous! We are even thinking of going again. I could listen to "Maria" and "the Reverend Mother" sing all night. The rest of the cast sang beautifully also.

   Everyone sang so well from the nuns to the children to the lead. Very nicely done

   We have so much great talent in our city. This production was a wonderful experience. Please get out and enjoy The Sound of Music and all those wonderful songs we know so well.

 Did I go to a Broadway show?! The cast was incredible (Green)! Not just in acting, but the vocals..OH MY! The Nuns, Kids, and Maria's vocals were out of this world! Not what I would expect from community theater! So much local talent, it's truly incredible. I'm sure we'll see Francesca (Maria) on Broadway one day! Little Sadeigh (Brigitta) was a complete scene stealer..her future is bright! Great cast! Well done!

   Absolutely amazing! The acting, the voices, the set, the direction, . . . simply every aspect of this production was perfection. I'll be very honest, I had doubts that community theater could pull off such a challenging musical, but LCCT met that challenge and far exceeded it! Truly cannot recommend seeing this production enough. If you do not yet have your tickets, go on line and purchase them before it is too late!

   i know Holly Mesarch from the El Paso Opera - came to musical just to see her and hear her great voice "Maria" was also excellent and the role she played Cpt George von Trapp deserves kudos

   We were amazed at the quality of talent in this production. The vocals and acting quality of Maria and Mother Abbess were incredible! The cast as a whole were top of the line and kept us entertained for the complete performance. Kudaos to all the members of this endeavor! We loved it!
