Orphaned in India, 11-year-old Mary Lennox is sent to Misselthwaite, the Yorkshire estate of her distant uncle Archibald Craven. A house filled with secrets; and outside - a hidden, neglected garden. Guided by new friends and watchful spirits, Mary begins to bring the garden – and the people around her – slowly back to life.
