 The town hall is a lovely venue and the staff very welcoming. It would have also benefited with the provision of tea and coffee or hot chocolate. The local car park was most convenient.

 What a great insightful show, and to the see the man I've grown up watching on TV as a child in "how" and then the multitude of other things he's done was brilliant, I also didn't know he came from Sutton Coldfield, so that too was lovely.

 Only 1 member of staff spoke on the way in, he was very polite asked to see our tickets and wished us a good evening. We then walked past 4 other staff who didn’t speak or even acknowledge us The chairs were too tightly spaced together in the rows making it difficult for anyone with mobility issues

 Lovely 'old style' building. Seating pretty good. Only one BUT - grab rails for upper seating would be very helpful. Appreciate impossible for a continuous rail. Small rails on each step would be a bonus and save reaching for seat backs or people's arms.

 Good venue and greeters were friendly and helpful. 4 stars as drinks purchased (white wine) were warm and cheap (not in price)…not what was expected. Also disco in lounge before concert was so loud couldn’t talk or hear anyone. And yes I know this was a rock concert !
