    You all are so friendly, so approachable. It was my first time, I was a bit nervous, didn't know the area, and you made me feel at ease. Petrie (my way promotions) was so great. She always had time for you. All the impersonators were so kind, made time for us all and themselves had a good time. It was contagious. Big shout-out to Juan Lozano for being there for other ETAs, to Ben Thompson for his advice to the youngest and beginners (run out of space!
