A gentle Sunday morning welcoming Autumn, dedicated to slowing down, relaxing and coming back to yourself. 

This is a one hour experience and includes gentle breathwork, visualisation, chimes, drums and crystal singing bowls. It ends with an oracle card pull for guidance and a herbal tea bag and Epsom bath salt sachet to enjoy at home.

Please bring:

Yoga Mat, blanket and pillow

Wear comfy clothes

Optional: Water, eye mask
