The people at the event day of were kind and tried to manage some of the issues at set-up (doors, direction for booth placement, etc.). There was really low attendance. Next year, Hold it outside, advertise like crazy, email people, adjust the time to 10-3, make sure your staff is super clear on set-up, partner with a local org with a BIG SM following, and get local non-corp food trucks w/a following. Also place SM ads and posts for up to at least 6 weeks bf the event.

 Friendly and helpful, good communication, good notifications. Looking forward to being a vendor at the fall event.

 Event staff were GREAT! Event space was great. The layout, the isles were layed out weird and confusing and different lengths for vendors and for the customers. Not sure of advertising - other then Facebook posts (paid or unpaid posts???)- but attendance was poor. Honestly for the cost of space, time invested - it was not worth it for me.

 Not enough tables for families who got there at start of event, food was delayed, never had East egg hunt.

 Great show!!! I would have given it a 5 but did not have enough time to set up properly. Giving some vendors 30 to 40 mins to set up is not enough time. But you guys did a great job and I hope the EMS benefited from it. Looking forward to next year

 vendor’s were excellent! Enjoyed the DJ very much and staff was well coordinated and helpful. Great day! Was happy to be a part of this event!

 STEMS was very well organized (special thanks to Valerie!) from the very beginning of the sign up process to the end. Many other shows could learn from you. The only suggestion I have is to make the aisles wider. On my row, early on, people were passing it not realizing it was an aisle. But later when it got crowded, they found the aisle but people with strollers sometimes blocked the flow of traffic. Maybe the spaces be 10x9 or 10x8 to allow extra aisle space.

 There was good help and support at the event. The music was nice and the facilities were clean and easily accessable.
