How did you like the event?

 Very boring. People didn't interact with each other. Felt like everything was all over the shop. Next time should have black people in charge of food and entertainment..

 It was a fab day! thank you to all the organisers, volunteers and stalls it was full of gees. Would have liked a water tap around to get water - it was so hot. Loved the big screen for the rugby such an excellent idea! best one yet xx

 Food vendors could've been better prepared with things like cold drinks (most food vendors served unchilled drinks). Also, would've enjoyed a bigger variety of music being played.

 really enjoyed the event, had a great time! I would say on the main field the stage was in a strange location therefore we couldn't really hear the music properly or see the singers from where we were seated. also, a bit disappointed that the DJ didn't play like he did last year after the event. he only played for a short while. Last years DJ / party in the courtyard was way more fun.

 Great event, things which would be great to improve on: Entertainment-more live music. Rugby-play rugby audio through the main audio system. Camping-allow vehicles on camp site (car is used for storage). Family Camping- could you create a family freindly camping zone? Quiet/Softer zone after midnight? Nice ablution facilites, clean!

How did you like the event?

 I think everything was well planned but didn't all fall into place. I would've liked to have seen the competition of the longest boerewors. I was looking forward to the tug of war which didn't take place. Music wasn't the best this year, too much talking from the dj, I've seen better over the years. I camp and it was the worst. If I could rate on that I'd give 2 star. The noise and music didn't stop till 4 in the morning. We had a child with us and no one slept.

 it was a great experience with activities for kids. And the savanahs were lekker cold. Our first time joining definitely will join next year

 The concept is great. I won't be back next year however. I queued 1.5 hours for a boerewors roll, and gazebos were allowed way too close to the screen for the rugby - blocking a lot of the view. The market was wonderful, but the bar was very cluttered. Again - great concept, but the layout was slightly clunky and disjointed.

 We had the absolute best day with all the Saffas. Brought my Irish boyfriend along and he got lost in the South African spirit. It was electric from the minute we got out of the car. Thank you for a wonderful day.

 Have a few more fun activities for the kids with more gazebos for face painting along with some chairs for the colouring

 It was great, but there could've been more food at the food stals, more fun things for kids to do, like a treasure hu8nt....or something. Overall, with the weather, it was just wonderful. Thank you

 Great parking very helpful staff might be great fun to get a South African artist or 2 I would sure pay a bit more to see a bok van blerk Robbie Wessels Refentse snotkop or someone like that that represents the south African "gees"

 Maybe our expectations were too high, but we basically walked around once and left. We might have tried to find somewhere to sit but the music was terrible. Excitedly expecting to enjoy real South African music. There’s such an array to choose from. They were playing horrid pop music. Highly disrespectful that the large flag at the payment counter was hung upside down! If you are celebrating to be a proud South African how do you not know how to fly your flag?
