Unwind, reset, and gently prepare for the week ahead with a deeply relaxing soundbath experience. Surrounded by soothing tones and calming vibrations, this session is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace.

Soundbaths can support overall wellbeing, with many people experiencing benefits such as reduced anxiety, improved mental clarity, better concentration, and more restful sleep. This is a nurturing space to simply rest, receive, and restore.
