RI Music Festivals is the fast, easy and safe way to find and purchase tickets. You can get information and buy tickets online in a few minutes. Simply purchase your tickets on your computer or phone, print your tickets or show them on your smartphone and get admitted.
1. What is the RI Music Festival?
The RI Music Festival is an Annual Fall Columbus Day Weekend event that begins on the Saturday of Columbus Day and it is currently a two day weekend event held in South County, West Greenwich, RI. The RI Music Festival is privately owned and geared towards continued financial support “To Salute Our Local Heroes” RI Veterans, as well as honoring them and making sure their legacy will never be forgotten.

Parking Lot Opens: 9am Both Days
Gates Open: 10am Both Days
Saturday, October 11th, 2025 / 9am - 9pm
Sunday, October 12th, 2025 / 9am - 9pm
3. How Do You Keep The Festival Safe?
No weapons are allowed on the grounds. Metal detectors are in use at every entrance gate to the fairgrounds and bags are subject to specific size and to search at all gates. Security on site reserves the right for refusal of entry for any reason that may be a concern or threat to the festival.
Our Security staff is comprised of West Greenwich Law Enforcement, NESS Security Services, Practical Threat Solutions and retired military personal. There is a mobile EMT Unit for any medical emergencies or needs throughout the fairgrounds, all day long. The full services of the West Greenwich Fire Department are available on our grounds.
The First Aid Station and guest services is located near the club house. Guests are encouraged to seek assistance from the medical or security staff immediately upon discovering when someone has been separated from their group. The guest services area also maintains a waiting area. ALL lost and found items should be brought to guest services.
4. How Much Does It Cost To Park and Can I Shuttle, Walk onto the property, Uber or Lyft ?
On-site parking for cars/trucks is available for $40 (cash ONLY). Motorcycles can park for $20 (cash ONLY). Bicycles, roller bladers, electronic scooters are not allowed at all on the property, we do not have the appropriate areas to lock up bikes or store scooters and bladers. The RI Music Festival has 250 handicapped accessible parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be an area available for drop-off/pick-up of passengers that are physically disabled or very limited mobility.
5. Can I Rent A Wheelchair ?
Wheelchairs and electronic scooters are not available for rent. However we need to know when purchasing your tickets if you will be arriving with your own wheelchair or electronic scooter so we can make the appropriate plans for you and your one guest to be with you in the handicap viewiing area at the festival. Please email us after purchasing your festival tickets at [email protected] / And please be very discriptive putting your full name, cell phone number and the name of the person who will be accompanying you at the festival. There will be an area available for drop-off/pick-up of passengers that are physically disabled or very limited mobility.
6. Can I Camp At The RI Music Festival ?
Parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis for visitors with self-contained and pop-up campers. Parking spaces with campers are $100 per day. There is absolutely no discharging of camper waste or you will receive an illegal enviornmental DEM fine. Unfortunately there is no overnight camping or lodging on the property. Visitors with pop up tents with their campers are not allowed to picnic or tailgate while on the property. We will have a off-site designated area of where you can park your campers.
7. Can I Bring My Pet To The Fair ?
Yes, only service animals, are allowed through the gates. Fairgoers are not allowed to bring pets or emotional support animals. For the safety of your Pet due to the layout of the Festival Grounds we prefer to keep all pets safe and have no opportunities of them being hurt.
8. Do You Have ATM’s
ATM's can be found at right outside of our ticket booths windows and also by the clubhouse. Machines are not located anywhere else on the property.
9. Bag Policy
Clear Plastic, Vinyl or PVC Bags, Max Size 12x6x12. Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand bag. Does not need to be clear. Max Size 6"x9"
10. Do You Accept Apple Pay, Google Pay or any other contactless methods of payments ?
The ticket booths for purchasing of food and beverage tickets accepts credit card payments. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Tap to Pay (contactless) payments. Many vendors accept these payment types as well, although it's best to ask before making purchases.

12. Can I Bring Any Professional Photography or Videography Equipment ?
RI Music Festivals does not permit professional photography equipment, videography equipment or even drone usage on the fairgrounds during the entire festival. This policy is extremely strict and in place to ensure a SAFE and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
13. Do You Have Lockers or Any Storage Facilities ?
Yes! Lockers will be available to rent inside the fairgrounds next to the cell phone charging stations.
14. Do You Have Cell Phone Charging Stations ?
Yes, cell phone charging stations is located up by the club house next to the locker rentals.
15. Prohibited Items:

NO Bags or Back Packs
NO Weapons of any kind, Hand Guns, Pocket Knifes, Brass Knuckles, Tasers, Pepper-Spray
