 Please refund me for my tickets. Not only did you cancel but failed to let us know until the very last minute so we couldn’t refund our plane tickets and hotel… we tried to contact you guys on two multiple occasions (as per Redzeds instructions from instagram) to refund these one time to be redirected to someone else the next person left us on seen…didn’t even get an email to say this has been canceled or how to refund. Absolutely horrible experience
