Parker Arts Academy

This was AMAZING. The Scarecrow and Toto stole the show ! The munchkins were adorable. Such a fun way to spend an afternoon.

I do not like to stand in line for 90 minutes to secure a good seat. I would gladly pay more to choose my own seat.

Everything about the play was absolutely wonderful. The students are so very talented! I loved the dancing especially. The sets/scenery was outstanding! Thank you for a beautiful experience.

 Easy to navigate

It would be nice to have info about when the door will open and a way to find out about handicap seating. Other than that, it is great to be able to purchase online.

 User friendly

it was very easy to get tickets and to get into the play

 Easy to use

 Very user friendly and convenient.

 Easy to use

Apparently, it wasn’t as easy as it seems since I originally purchased tickets for the wrong night and had to call to straighten it out. It was totally my fault. Thank you for accommodating me.

It was fairly easy to navigate

Took more awhile on getting tickets. But finally got them in email

After I bought the tickets, it said in bold red print you had to print them out. I did not have a printer and really stressed about it. Then when we got to the show they were scanning people's tickets digitally. Maybe just take off that part about must print your tickets. Other than that it was great.

 Easy to use.

 Easy to navigate

The website is easy to navigate.

 Nice auditorium. First time visit.

 Awesome!!!!!

The site was easy to navigate and to purchase my tickets.

 It worked great.

Very easy to work with. Thank you.

Difficult to find link, but well worth the extra money to reserve a seat!

 Very easy to use.

Wow! So very impressive! So glad we went. Best on the performance next week.

This show was so amazing! The dance number in Step in Time was phenomenal!!

Wonderful performance. Gifted talented young people. The Best!

Your website does not allow easy transition between different performances.

 Fairly easy to follow.

 amazing show and talent.

We went to the play for our Valentine date, and we were so glad we did. Opening night was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed Greta as lead this night. She played the part beautifully! ❤️

 Easy to use!

It was one of the BEST shows I’ve ever seen! It’s amazing that these are high school students. Best $15 I’ve spent in a long time. BRAVO!!!!

It was easy to order tickets online.

The Parker-Arts website worked well and I didn’t experience any issues.

What an amazing experience! So many talented

Locating your digital ticket (after the purchase) is too cumbersome.

 Easy to use.

 You guys are amazing!!

This production was AMAZING! The set was very well done and I especially liked the Donkey, Fiona and Shrek!

The website wasn’t seamless Nd I never got an email confirmation. The PDF with tickets to print had duplicates of each ticket.

Once I get onto it, it is easy to navigate.

I wish you could pick the seats when you purchased.

 Easy to use.

Amazing. Staff so patient and friendly with me.

Amazing performance!! The cast was outstanding! Love all the productions we've seen at PAA!!

 Great!

 Super easy to use

Pretty good. Easy to use. Once, we arrived at Parker my tickets wouldn't load.

Tickets were difficult to find for printing after the fact. The print tickets button really should just take you directly to the print page.

 Little confusing

Not really a website thing but it you send me an email and want responses, it seems redundant to have to log in as well.

 LOVED IT!!!

I would like better notifications of coming plays. I would also prefer to select our seating at purchase. Also there is no "send" button for the review. Only a "saved" notification. I'm not sure what saved means. Saved for me for future updates? Or sent?

 Easy to navigate!

 Easy to maneuver.

East to use for ticket purchase, lots of good information

 Easy to use

Works well but not sure about this review system; where’s the submit button?

 Great Show! Must see!

Getting used to making online purchases. I was able to complete my purchase pretty easily.

I hope you received the donation we made.

The confirmation email we received after ordering our tickets stated in bold red font that we must print out tickets or we will not be admitted into the show while further down the email, it stated that we could print or show our phone e-tickets to be admitted. It was very unclear and confusing.

 Easy to use

Very easy to work with. Don't like the additional charge on top of very high ticket prices that are too expensive for seniors who aren't lucky enough to live in Janesville. We only attended two events this season due to the cost. Sorry to miss enjoying such amazing talent at a high school performance because we don't feel it's affordable!

 Easy to use

Very good. Is there a way to buy season tickets?

 Very easy to navigate

Very easy to use! Print, scanned at door and seated!!

Should have a cap on tickets, we were worried my 10 year old would have to sit away from me.

 Easy to use and convenient.

 Great job done by everyone!

 It was just wonderful.

Very easy to access and get tickets.

I had to go to Parker Highschool site because they kept saying Parker arts.com. didn't know there was an under score in there!

Had difficulty using PayPal there for some reason.

user friendly and easy to purchase tickets

 Very easy to use

 Super easy to use!

 Very Easy

 Very easy to navigate!

Confusing whether or not tickets need to be printed - option to send tickets to phone but then it says "tickets must be printed". This needs to be fixed.

 Worked great! No problems

Easy to use, efficient and low cost

 no problems

A/C was distracting - to cold

 No problems!

The website worked fine. Next time I have to double check the size of printed tickets. I could get only ticket per sheet because they were so big. A lot of wasted printer ink. No “submit” button?

 Website was great.

 Easy purchase

The web site was easy to use, the tickets were immediately available and checking in at the school was efficient.

Easy to navigate the purchase process and printed our tickets all at home.

 Great show!

The website did not work and I had to call to get tickets.

Masks should have been optional as they are at all other theaters/events.

 Convenient, easy to use!

Purchasing our tickets on Parker-Arts website was very convenient and user friendly. It made check-in go smooth and quick, they scanned in our tickets right off our phone and we were on our way. Great set up!

Acoustics were good, the setting was intimate, really enjoyed it

Very user friendly. Able to purchase tickets online before the event.

 Smooth experience online. No issues.

Purchasing tickets are quick and easy!

 Ticket purchase was a breeze.

Very professional. The sets and costumes were amazing. Easy on line tickets.

Very easy to order tickets and to show my ticket with my phone!

I liked the immediate admission to the theater and not standing in line to get in. The first performance the theater was pretty warm and the 17th the theater was cool enough to need a sweater. I'm sure it is not easy to control or please everyone.

Ticketing and parking was a breeze. Everyone was very welcoming.
