   The ticketing on the internet especially with the Escondido venue was impossible!!! I gave up hope when I saw the $180 - $240 range for tickets. I doubt many folks have that kind of money in these crucial economic times!!! My husband thought it would be a good idea/incentive to offer BOGOF or 5for5 to incentivize people to bring friends and hopefully built the opera base locally!

   Would have preferred Supertitles to the interpreter on the side stage. I guess you have a tight budget. I am friends with Emily Weinberg's parents so it was so imperative that I see her performance of Carmen! She was outstanding and was so impressed!
