I would strongly suggest that the church goes back to the previous seating process such as for 2024 and 2024. I’m not sure why the seating process changed this year, but I would strongly encourage the church to return to the original approach—allowing groups with elderly or handicapped members to remain together and be seated as one. This would ensure a more welcoming and supportive experience for all attendees.

 I always end up coming with different groups. This year I will be attending three different times and always see something new. I would like to mention that the ONLY downside to the show and honestly it seems to get worse every single year is the seating. People get downright nasty about seats even though we are in a church! I wish there was a way to have assigned seats so we did not have to do the rush and deal with people being mean spirited.

 Assigned seating/tickets would make the mad dash for seats way less stressful for families.

 My favorite part was when everyone was divided and sang different parts for the Drummer Boy. I also loved the angels and the animals. I do have one idea - if you need one. Could you have a narrative of some sort going throughout the show that would provide commentary and maybe a story that connects the songs somehow? It could even lead into Pastor Jon's message. Just an idea...

 Drum set wasn’t as impactful as in the past. It was hard to sing your part was to complicated to follow.

 Beautiful, but way too much dancing!!! We all agreed. Needed more variety. Sermon was too long also. Lots of talent up there! Seats need to be assigned!! We were in the upper balcony where they had to add chairs, but they weren't elevated from the row in front of us, so we couldn't see--had to stand the whole time. I did find a seat for one of us, but there are areas in the balcony where the stage was blocked from view. The contraptions in the ceiling blocked the screens

 The preaching might have been a bit too long for the younger kids. A lot of crying in my section.

 It was good but not as good as last year’s. Still a great time though.

 The message was too long, otherwise it would was good. Wish the drum line was earlier in the production and that the trampolines were there this year.
