Need improvements to emphasize nye 1200 midnight. Such as a Ballon Drop, Count Down Clock, and more timely organized delivery of the champagne. Clock on wall was stopped on 5:20. We went to Regalia NYE event last year also. We had a good time both times but there was an obvious issue with staffing this year. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.

   Food quality was subpar— very dry chicken and ran out of carved meat… Open bar was not very organized. However, when needing ice and water one employee (Mya) was a Godsend and deserves 5 stars in of herself.. Likewise, the room was 5 star satisfaction. Unfortunately, next year we may try another venue based of Regalias food quality and open bar lines… Note to management, open bar works best if bottled beers and wines are self service.. giving your bar staff drink focus

     We had a great time! It was a wonderful experience. The hotel was nice and we loved our room!

   This was our first time visiting and it will be our last. We paid over $100/person. The food was cold, odd and had no flavor. To get a drink you had to stand in line for 45 minutes. The only positive was the band. Not at all what we expected for the price and how it was advertised.
