The Williamson County Performing Arts Center is excited to present the ultimate Rolling Stones tribute show: The Music City Stones!

 

Founded in 2005, the Music City Stones have performed at great venues all over the country and most recently opened for the iconic Cheap Trick last summer. This fall, Music City Stones will bring a unique, new show to the WCPAC, performing the music of the Rolling Stones with a string section! This event will feature a special set list by the La Vie String Quartet and all The Rolling Stones hits you love, including “Angie,” “Ruby Tuesday,” “Satisfaction,” and plenty more.

   Close your eyes and you think you're hearing the Rolling Stones. Then open them and you still think you're in their presence.

   Awesome Stones cover. The volume was extremely high though. Love my music loud but spouse and I needed a bit of tissue to soften the volume 🙂

     Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the Music City Stones, at least the first half before the intermission. Can't comment on the second half because we left. I don't think the lead singer could have carried a tune if he had a paper sac and the volume levels on the mics were not set correctly. The lead singer and keyboards were so loud to the point you could barely hear the guitars. The strings would have been a nice addition but they were overpowering the band.

 Before the intermission, the entertainers looked like they were rehearsing in front of an audience. However, the second set was primo!

   We had such a good time. Music city Stones is such a fun talented group of musicians.. You feel their energy and their music. Love them so much.
