On a river cruise, one night in October 3 years ago, a woman Susan Parker went overboard from the top deck of the boat. The only other person up on the top deck with her was her boyfriend, William Guthrie.

There seemed to be an argument taking place between them prior to this on the top deck that could be heard from the lower deck, from the couple and it was very heated.

When the screams were heard and the sound of something falling in the water, the rest of the party were in shock as to what could have happened. The first to dash up the stairs was Helen Harris, a friend of Susan.
