Below is the goal of the program in the words of Sr. Sadaf:

Learning how to RE-LANGUAGE to connect and communicate WITH the Teenage Brain is the key! My primary passion lies in bringing families together by addressing the “Teenage Brain” and its impact on parenting. There is nothing more liberating than freeing yourself from "preconceived notions" about the Teen Brain as being just a reckless, risky phase in life.

I work intimately with creating family systems to primarily recognize that the teenage brain is not fully developed until late 20’s.

If you are interested in SHIFTING the way you communicate with your Teenager in building lifelong, engaging relationships, then you are a mom that I can help."
