Have you ever wanted to learn how to use dance as a form of healing or sacred practice? Modern Temple Dance Monthly Lab is an in-person dance and energetic healing class where you can learn and develop your OWN sacred dance practice in a supportive group environment. This two hour workshop offers step by step instruction on how to open the body up safely to be a pure channel of Universal energy while you dance. Additionally you will learn how to use this energy for yourself and others. Students will learn the MTD format to target specific needs, and use as a expression of reverence and our inner world worship. Each monthly consists of energetic clearing practices, belly dance and Indian temple dance drills, all tied together in a combo that focuses on a particular healing theme.
