Seat selection for sponsors will be conducted in the order in which sponsorships are purchased. Sponsors will be grouped into selection “waves,” with each wave receiving a dedicated two-week window to choose their preferred seat(s).

At the close of each two-week selection period, the next wave of sponsors will be invited to select from the remaining available seats.

Sponsors who have not selected their seat(s) by June 1 will have seat assignments made on their behalf, based on the best available options at that time.

We encourage all sponsors to complete their selection within their designated window to ensure the greatest choice and availability.
