LETTING GO

Letting Go is your full-body exhale-the breathwork reset you've been waiting for. Crafted to unravel emotional stagnation, this powerful session helps you untether from the past and move forward with intention.

This 9D somatic experience blends hypnotic coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, and transformational breathwork into a ritual of renewal. With each round of breath, you'll soften your grip on what no longer serves you

—stories, shame, old attachments-and open space for new beginnings. You'll recondition neural pathways, shift your perspective, and move from stuckness to self-empowerment.

This session features two scream-release breath holds:

Both are built with powerful pacing and intentional build-up, allowing for a cathartic release that clears years of tension in a single breath.

Subliminal affirmations are embedded throughout the journey, rewiring your mind for freedom, forgiveness, and forward momentum. You'll emerge from this practice feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply connected to the truth that letting go isn't loss-it's liberation.
