      I really don't understand the benefit of having a 19+ section for all shows. I think that shows that are for families, should all patrons to sit anywhere. The area isn't even monitored so there were minors sitting in the lower section and why shouldn't they? Our community funds the centre so anyone in our community should be able to sit anywhere. Very strange and doesn't really support inclusion.

     Great venue! During the 54-40 concert I was disappointed that there was only one person at the bar. And the amount of wine being poured in a glass was pretty cheesy! I am sure for 6 dollars you could be a little more generous. Two fingers of wine just doesn't cut it when it is boxed wine!

   The performance was great but the intermission set-up was poor. The was no indication of where the water was so we got into the ticket line-up. When we finally got to the person they said to go into the beverage line-up. It was so slow because of only one person at the counter. So all we did was stand and wait during the intermission for some water. Poorly organized. Why wait in two line-ups when one could have accommodated both needs.

     The whole package with before and after concert beer gardens and entertainment was great. Transportation to a from the venue made the whole event complete. This was an event, not just a concert. 54-40 put on a 5 star show. The sound perfect, lighting perfect and the bands audience engagement...we had a lot of fun. Please continue this format with concerts.

  Love the Lester Centre and what it offers and does for our community. I was happy with my seats on the balcony. I heard people back of me say they couldn't hear the words of the songs the cast were singing and wishing that there were speakers in upper back of the balcony but hey we should all know the words to ABBA by now! Not wanting to take away from drink sales, but I wish there were water fountains available as the queues were so long for drinks.

   Need works on the AC, the theatre was quite hot. Should be more options for drinks. I don’t drink alcohol so if the theatre decide to serve wine and beer, there’s no way family and kids can purchase. Also, a debit machine would be nice tho.

However, in bold red writing the instructions were that you must print the tickets. So, we did as instructed, and also wasted a ton of printer ink, as by default, the tickets printed with the Johnny Reid picture below each of them (4-tickets).      My only comment is not specific to the event. It's about the fact that I had to miss the pianist at the performing Arts center the same night. I wish the city or the performing Arts center or the Arts Council or somebody would create an online calendar for any upcoming event to be scheduled, so that organizers of other potential events can avoid conflict on the date. There's too few things that take place in Rupert to have to miss one because they are on the same night

   The show was fantastic, however there is an organization issue as for managing the crowd at the end of the show to meet, sign and take pictures with the performer. We were one of the first people to come out as we were seated near the doors and one of the last to be seen by the performer.Ropes should have been install (especially that there was some there) and the crowd better managed. Unfortunately people lack respect and need to be shown how to proceed like young children

 Thank you for bringing a world class act to our humble stage. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is: If we paid for assigned seating, our butts should stay near our seats. I don't appreciate people moving from the back blocking my view when I busted my butt to get second row seats. The elders in the first row could hardly stand up so butts are in their faces. Sorry for the butt rant, and I am not sure how you would enforce it... Fair warnings at the beginning?

   I am physically challenged, but managed to book tickets in the area that is assigned for the physically challenged at the PAC; however, there were a lot of people that we saw there that struggled to get up and down the steps because of mobility issues. I think that there should be more spaces available for people with mobility challenges, even if it means doing some remodeling. Even those that were older with no mobility problems were stopping on the stairs to rest.

   The flow through was problematic the first night. A suggestion would be to have one person checking vaccination cards and another, the tickets in order to streamline the process. Also, I am glad I drove my mother on Saturday to drop her off at the front door because the handicapped parking spots had not been cleared and I would have worried about her falling.

  I was waiting in line with my online tickets, The moment it was my turn to show my online tickets, the man walked away to serve a man at the booth. I had my online tickets ready to show and the elderly door lady sent me to the man at the booth, he looked and sent me back to the elderly door lady; thus I waited in line three times for zero reason. In addition, we are in a pandemic and I did not appreciate the elderly door lady trying to touch my phone to scan my tickets.

   Even though there were 2 check ins and alot of people showed up at the same time, it was very swift to get checked in. Every worker/volunteer I encountered were delightful and had a smile on their face and was friendly. I liked that there was a complimentary water fountain for everyone. Thank you for the experience.
