   Absolute chaos outside the ground wit 1 turnstile open at the top..Especially when we bought tickets....It wasn't as if you didn't know it was going to be busy

     As a neutral (Leeds) fan of 50+ years attending with son and a friend who is fairly new to the sport we all enjoyed the game although it was very one sided and you have some work to do to compete against the top sides in the higher division! You really should have had more than one turnstile open as it meant we unnecessarily missed the first 5 minutes of the match and you have a job of work to bring the ground into the 21st Century. Good luck!

   Really need to make clearer at the turnstiles, which one is for tickets and which one pay on the day. Putting a sign at waist-height (so therefore hidden behind the queue) is no use at all. Also, by making one turnstole at Royd Ings for tickets and two fot cash, you penalised those of us who bought beforehand. Was a 15 minute queue for ticket-holders (and season tickets), whereas cash turnstile had no queue at all.

   I would say that enjoyed as always the game even though well beaten but came starving as no rush on me for tea and food available was poor hot dogs only not like last year Don’t know if just a one off hick up but still suggest look at this to improve and raise much needled funds

  On the matchday experience, it has certainly gone down hill. Firstly the big queue to get In , it’s poor that only 3 turnstyles were open for such a big game, my friend took ages to get in because his pre paid ticket could’nt be scanned. The food options were extremely poor, cold hot dogs. It’s poor given how good the burger stall and pie shop was last year and queuing twice one to buy tokens to then queue again for what you want to buy was very poor organisation,not good

   The game aside it wasn't great to get to the ground in plenty of time to see long queues even for those who had pre purchased tickets as instructed to avoid delay!
