Got tickets very easily online. Went to the match to weigh up our opponents for the 13th October !!!! Keighley were unlucky not to get through Hunslets defence. Hunslet went into the final on the back of previous wins and seemed to have more gusto. Always enjoy visiting Yorkshire rugby clubs as I’m Yorkshire born and bred but live in Swinton. Great atmosphere in the ground Cougars. You have great supporters…. More than us here in Swinton! Best of luck for next season.

I can't understand why water in the men's toilet is hot and miss. More often than no there isn't any. Does someone turn off the water and forget to turn back on . Does not give a good impression.

It really was a great experience to return to Cougar Park or Lawkhole Lane as I know it after an absence of 53 years. I was a regular home and away as a boy and idolised Brian Jefferson. It was a lovely day ripped off with a victory over Hunslet. Everyone from the gate to the shop to the bar were most friendly and welcoming. It was very impressive too that the club is popular with many youngsters as it was in my days. Thank you for a lovely day.

Paid online with credit card and was advised to collect tickets at the ground. When we arrived at the ground turnstile operators did not know what to do. No tickets were available to pick up. Turnstile operators consulted colleague and we were allowed to enter. Turnstile staff were professional and courteous. I found the PA system very loud and difficult to understand and the noises being made over it seemed distasteful and sometimes annoying. Good luck with the playoffs.

The toilets had no loo roo or paper towels, the water was cold, and barely came out of the tap. By the time I came out of the toilet at half time there was no food left and from what I could see it was cash only.

Fantastic game, the lads were brilliant unlucky not to get back on terms with the Bulls. Atmosphere was very good although some of the Bulls chanting was a little near the knuckle, understandable that the stewards didn't intervene given the amount of fans involved.

We had a fantastic day out. I would recommend buying tickets in advance because we walked straight to the gates and in (after we had queued for a short while and one of the supporters with us said we could go straight in). We were also impressed with the facilities including the selection of food and drink.

I have restricted mobility. Bought my ticket online to collect at ground. I’m a visitor but wished to support your club and the ethos of non judgmental inclusivity. When I arrived at the ground, I asked where to pick my ticket up. They didn’t know and directed me to the other end of the ground. I walked slowly, got to that gate, enquired, directed to a chap with a ‘list’. I wasn’t on it. He sent me back and they just let me in as nobody knew what to do. Not a good

I drove up from Derby to see this game. Cougars are a homely club and the friendly, family inclusive atmosphere is a credit to the way the club is run and to the town itself. The number of youngsters in the crowd bodes well for the future. It was always going to be a difficult match up with Sheffield who are second in the division. Only one turnstile open - town end. I got into the game 10 mins late, after queueing for 30 mins. Apparently there is a vaping ban in the stadium - no signs, just officious stewards saying there is a ban - not sure why, as was in empty space, and not hazardous to others, unlike say, smoking is. Why is this so ?

Ticket purchase was quick and easy after that the experience was poor. With the estimated crowd one gate open at the Sir Tom Moore Gate. Long queue to get in. Security were present but unhelpful . People who had printed tickets or phone QR codes could have been identified and fast tracked through an alternative gate to allow paying spectators to get through the turnstile. You need a separate turnstile for those who have already bought tickets. Its unacceptable when you've already got our money to have to join a long queue. If you're expecting larger crowds now you're promoted it's a must. You also need to refurb the ladies toilets in the entrance to the bar. Chipboard walls look like someone kicked them in and it's a temporary repair. If you want to attract more families the women will judge you on the state of the toilets.

What an excellent afternoon we had a fantastic time just like we use to do back in the 90’s I purchased the tickets for my dad as a farthest day supprise he was thrilled. The day was great, I use to come last time mick o niell, slogan was get cougarised in keighley, I followed them up and down the country , I will be coming back to cougars and watch a few games as I’m now living in Wesham, just outside Blackpool it was great to see stars like Keith senior, Ben Westwood, Adrian Morley making one in for Jake Webster, as I was leaving even saw the enemy Robbie Paul from Bradford Bulls , Chris Caisley stole the idea from Keighley Cougars!!!Ԁ
