Regarding parking: street parking is very limited. The Faculty Lot (located on the corner of Newhall Avenue and 11th Street) will be available during the performance. Additionally the Old Town Newhall Library parking lot, as well as the structure across the street, are located within a short walking distance of the Newhall Family Theatre for the Performing Arts.

How did you like the event?

 Don McMillan is one of my favorite stand-up comics. Being a recovering engineer myself, I always enjoy Don's look at the world, work life, statistics, and science and engineering. This was my first time at the Newhall Family Theater. It is lovingly restored. There's not a bad seat in the house. Parking is a little tricky, so arrive early if you want to park close to the venue.

How did you like the event?

 I loved McMillan; he is so clever and fresh. But the opening set - specifically Lubec’s set - had so many old (and tired) punchlines. Please (PLEASE) retire the name bit. I’ve heard it every time I see Don McMillan. It’s old and needs to be retired. Thank you.

 The headliner and show overall was great. The venue doesn't have staggered/offset seats or stadium-style elevation, so you're out of luck if you're behind someone taller than you are.
