  • Prosciutto asparagust-fontina stuffed chicken with asiago cream
  • Cheese Ravioli with cream or blush sauce

 The 40th Anniversary Hope and Healing Gala Event was fantastic! The speakers, the food, the atmosphere, were all top notch. A very enjoyable evening!
