 As a former secretary of Far Rockaway, NY NAACP, your event was Extremely Disorganized! We had to arrive an hour before the event started. We'd have 2 people check in and one person to apply the wrist band. Yesterday, we arrived at 3:35 and didn't get checked in until after 5PM. Only one person did both the check-in and applied the wrist band. We used our kids to sell raffles at each table. The ticket costs included membership for each purchaser. Why Sunday and not Saturday?
