5:00 PM – 5:30 PM | Networking Reception  

  • Networking and mingling with sponsors, partners, and community members 

  • Silent and online auction opens 

 

5:30 PM – 7:30 PM | VIP Dinner Buffet & Program Kickoff 

  • Buffet service for food  

5:30 – 5:45 PM Opening Welcome & Blessing from a Puyallup Tribal Elder or Tribal Member Acknowledgment of Puyallup ancestral lands 

5:45- 6:00 PM: Introduction of Unkitawa & Acknowledgement of Sponsors 

6: 00 –6:15  PM : Intro Unkitawa staff & board Brief 

 

6:20 –6:35 PM- Unkitawa Story Video — highlighting programs and community impact 

 

6:35 PM: Special Music Performance (Singer) – Liv Rion 

 

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Comedy Show — Presented by Native Comedy Jam 

  • Two Featured Comedians: 45-minute sets each 

  • 15-Minute Intermission: 

  • MC presents auction highlights & Matching Giving Campaign update 

  • Guests may bid online and in-person 

 

9:00 PM – 9:30 PM | Closing Program & Updates 

  • Final auction updates and winner announcements 

  • Recognition of donors and sponsors 

  • Final call for Matching Campaign donations 

  • Closing Song Performance (Singer) –  

  • Thank-you remarks from Unkitawa Leadership 

 

9:30 PM – 10:00 PM | Networking & Community Connection 

  • Post-show mingling and photos 

  • Optional 20-minute cultural performance (TBD) 

Attire: Gala / cocktail (come as you are welcome) 

Parking: Complimentary self-parking at the Event Center; follow signs for Ballroom/Conference Center. 

Check-in: QR code tickets will be scanned at the door. Have your code ready on your phone.

Giving: Every donation is matched. Mobile giving is accepted during intermissions. 

Auction: Silent auction closes at 9:15 PM (card & digital payments accepted). 

Age: 18+ recommended due to comedy content. If under 21 years of age, must be escorted to event center with a person 21 or over 

Photos/Video: By attending, you consent to event photography/videography for Unkitawa communications.
