  7. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. By signing this document, I agree that if I am hurt or my property is damaged during my participation in this activity, then I may be found by a court of law to have waived my rights to maintain a lawsuit against the parties being released on the basis of any claim for negligence. I have had sufficient time to read this entire document and, should I choose to do so, consult with legal counsel prior to signing. Covid-19 Policy:

The Ghost Farm will ONLY be operating the haunted trail this year. Dear Guests, please bring a facemask (not the Halloween kind:) to wear during the haunted trail experience. The Cursed Barn, Gravely Greenhouse, and Pavilion attractions will not be operating due to Covid-19. Thank you!

Wheelchair Accessible:

We have had mechanical wheelchairs come through the haunt. The Trail is uneven, with loose sand and roots that the wheelchair will need to navigate. Please call ahead so we can be prepared to assist in the attraction if needed.

Appropriate for Children/Age Limit:

Children MUST be able to walk through the haunt on their own. They CANNOT be carried at any point during the haunt. If Ghost Farm staff see children being carried, the group will be stopped in the haunt and the child and person responsible will be escorted from the attraction at that point with no refund issued.

This is a scary experience designed to get our guests heart beating, fast! The environment is loud at times, intense, with periods of darkness, and images of the macabre. We leave it at parent's discretion for appropriateness of the haunted attraction for their children.

One question that might help answer if appropriate: Does your child watch scary movies before bed and are able to go bed without crawling into yours? Then they can probably handle this haunted attraction. We do not offer refunds if your child is unable to finish the haunt. We have had adults NOT finish this attraction-we don't refund them either(we figure we did our job which is to SCARE you:) ....you have been warned.

Payment Options:

$15 for children/adults victims.

CREDIT CARD payments, please click to book tickets for the night you will be visiting. No refunds are issued once purchased. We are NOT processing credit cards at the ticket gate this year.

CASH ONLY at the Farm Gate.

Online Ticket Purchases:

Thank you for purchases tickets via our online service. This speeds up checking in guests at the Farmgate this year.  When tickets are purchased, please go to our Ghost Farm Haunted Trail, select the date, and the timeslot will automatically indicate 7 pm.

You do NOT have to arrive at 7 pm. The ticket is good for the hours we are operating for the date selected. Hours of operation are 7-11 pm every Friday and Saturday in October with the exception of Halloween night which is 9-11 pm.

Hours of Operation:

How did you like the event?

Well managed administration pre-walk. The trail itself was well laid out with plenty of jump out at you scares. Plenty of screams from the group. Well worth the drive and cost. 6

How did you like the event?

Winding trail and confusing trail. And they had children involved.

How did you like the event?

It was pretty scary, but overall really short compared to other haunted walks I’ve been on. Obviously, Covid probably had something to do with the length in time as some sections were closed.

How did you like the event?

We absolutely love the Ghost Farm, but without Story time and the interior haunts it just wasn't as good as past years. We know that once Covid is behind us the Ghost Farm will be back to the best event in Northern Michigan.
