Extremely disappointed. Had to move my season seat twice, had a fan yelling, whistling, hooting. Moved to the kid zone whereby anything goes, kids running up/down/behind you, absolutely no intervention by security. You have lost control of this rink. I am tired of asking to do something about practically being blocked in out back in parking lot when trying to exit, nobody with a large truck is going to get out, let alone an emergency vehicle. This is not safe!
