The most amazing experience!

 The judging appears overly weighted toward artistry and personal preference rather than technical execution. Dancers with obvious technical flaws are often rewarded but advanced skills are undervalued.Also comments dismissing college dance team goals are disappointing and unprofessional. Those opportunities are legitimate and fund their education/career. Frequent vocal admiration of certain dancers raises legitimate concerns about objective evaluations.

 We really like everything about the convention classes and amazing competition judge feedback. It’s a supportive, welcoming, and educational environment. We preferred the hotel last year as it was much more affordable than the Grand Hyatt, and had more interesting character/atmosphere.

 My daughter and I love coming to Fluid every year!!

 I did not like the 3 teired seating. Paying so much money to stand in the back to watch my daughter dance, when we already paid so much to attend the convention seemed like overkill. We couldn't see anything and standing for hours is not enjoyable We will definitely skip convention tickets next time and simply watch from the lobby. The green cocktail was also not tastey.
