Great fireworks but not as good as 2023 with music background/choreography. Too few food stalls so food quesues were too long

 Entrance was easy. Longer than expected queues at kids entertainment and food stalls. Prices were higher than expected. Fireworks were good.

 Really didn’t like the Star Wars music. Too loud and not needed anyway. You can get loud music anywhere anytime, but Guy Fawkes happens just once a year and the sounds of the fireworks is a big part of the special experience. Why drown them out?

   A little wet and muddy which I think added to the fun of a thoroughly enjoyable evening, the fireworks display was fantastic!

   Event said to bring debit card for payments, however the childrens rides were cash only! A few disappointed faces.

   Hi We had a wonderful time. The display was fantastic and kept on going!! The whole event was very well done. We were lucky that the grass was not mud and it only started to drizzle when we were leaving. Well done!!

     The event was amazing! you can't fail it. It has everything for a great night out with family and friends.

   Seemed like a poorly ran event with glass bottles being sold, thousands of people but no rubbish bins. There were no announcements for the display itself, which was lacklustre. For the ticket price, would have expected more toilets than just the small block inside the cafe. There was no music during the display (in 2022) which seemed to me like a massive mistake. Thousands spent on fireworks, and the focus seemed just to be taking money for expensive food.

   Fireworks were late and minimum. Not enough stall of mulled wine. Its just so sad. Was really looking forward to this but was disappointed.

   It was quite disappointing. We felt it was described to be much better than it was. The fair was very lame, and the kids discos didn’t start till after the fireworks which was way too late for small children. We didn’t get any food because the queues were 45 mins long.

     The actual firework display had a mix of explosions. There were some which were placed at odd times, especially as the momentum was increasing, some quieter one's went off sandwiched between louder, bigger bangs. We ended up coming here as we are local, but may try trailfinders or Ealing cricket club next time.

   There seemed to be a delay. Fireworks were lovely but last year ( 2021)‘s display seemed more special and spectacular.

   Way too crowded this year. Impossible almost to buy a drink, food or kids glow accessories. The only positive was the fireworks and the kids disco afterwards. Not sure we’ll go next year. Last year was also busy and long queues but no where near as excessive as this year.

   Fireworks were great however it was a bit too busy and there were such long and slow queues for food. We didn’t even manage to get a drink or candyfloss for the kids as all queues were so long.

   We were very disappointed about the whole event. Queues for food, drink and kids face painting were extremely long. We were waiting for face painting for 30min and there were still lots of people ahead of us, but needed to leave the queue after a person on front of us waiting with kids too spilled half a beer onto our son. Our 4 year old was very distressed of waiting to see fireworks, that got tired and we actually needed to leave at 7:20 pm being very disappointed.

 Too crowded. Failed to start on time - and by some margin.

   Really need to sort out the queue situation at the drinks tent. 1 table had 2 people on it, next table had 1 person on it. When I got to the front and wanted mulled wine I was told 'not my queue, line up over there'.

   Food and drinks offer was poor. All beer was warm. Fireworks underwhelming for the price.

 The one exit was very packed and not safe when everyone trying to leave at the same time. Please open more exit so people can leave safely

   Waited a while & Fireworks display was too short. Exit too narrow for everyone. Waiting a long time in the queue for food & children’s ride. More lighting on the ground. Overall kids enjoyed themselves

   All good but a few more food stalls would have been a sensible option in view of the numbers. Otherwise well managed and an excellent firework display.

     Great selection of food stalls and nice kids area. Lovely display of fireworks. We got there quite early so queues for food and drink wasn’t too bad. Poster/information said the fireworks would start at 7:30 but started closer to 8:00 which felt quite late with a toddler, especially as we had gotten there in the earlier part of the evening to avoid the really busy queues.

   Great, spectacular fire work display. Good mulled wine. Thumbs up.

       Absolute underwhelment comparing to previous years in terms of the display. Not good enough am afraid. 12 minutes on the clock for a really mediocre show. No idea also why you sell QR tickets if nothing is actually scanned on the gate and people can re use them.

     2 points for the organisers to consider: 1. To try and start as close to 730 as possible as kids were becoming v impatient and parents bored of waiting around 2. More stewards assisting at exit point. The bottleneck by exit (near beer tent) literally is a health and safety hazard and there were teenagers pushing rhrough . No high viz staff visible to guide/ usher. Was really irresponsible of the club

 Quite disappointed, the place was packed and queues there were massive. Obviously, more food / drinks stores were required over there. Also, safety wise, I could not see any emergency exits, so I really doubt if in case of emergency, we wouldn't have had any problem over there...

   We left the event after fireworks ended because we couldn’t drink or grab anything to eat. Too long queues
