I was one of the earlier attendees. When my ticket was scanned i was told you can't come in, your tickets been used. I had bought the ticket the day before directly from the website, I hadn't shared it with anyone and the implication was that I had shared it with someone and I was expected to sort it out. I wouldn't know where to start with that as I hadn't shared it. It wasn't a good start. It was eventually sorted out but I didn't get an explanation or apology.

 Excellent fireworks In future would recommend more food stalls and fairground rides, or at least a more formal queuing system as became quite chaotic as more people arrived

 Long queues, short firework display and was hit by a coin teenagers were throwing from the balcony of your club. Will not be returning.

 Best display in a long time. Would have got 5 stars if they had big bonfire …

 It was great evening but unfortunately my daughter has bummed her eyebrow whilst getting off from the ride cup ride Wchich was fun as a ride maybe worth to mention to put some little bit of paper or non sleeping mat around in the future. Thank you

 The fireworks were very disappointing. Lasted less than 15mins, were not in time to music. Ended abruptly. Drinks were over priced, £10 for a small bottle of cheap Presseco. Do better.

 The fireworks were amazing and my son enjoyed it very much. I would definitely be going again :)

 The display and food stalls were great but the organisation for entry was extremely bad. People with and without pre-booked tickets were forced into the same queue and had to wait for ages. There should be two entry points.

 The event was not thought off, there were no lights so was really dark and hard to keep an eye on my children. The fireworks display was a bit dull they played music but all the way from the back. The display fire were nice but have been a bit more.

 Way too crowded this year - huge queues to get in and for everything inside. Used to love it but won’t come back sadly

 There was also a song playing called 'Messy in heaven' by Venbee and goddard which I had never heard before but the lyrics were extremely inappropriate I believe. It said 'I heard Jesus did cocaine on a night out Eyes wide open, dilated, but He's fine now And if His Father ever finds out, then He'd probably knock His lights out'

 Fabulous event - great food stalls, fantastic fireworks. Needs to have a Seating area so people can sit and eat, especially as it is a family event. Funfair and other family bits aimed at younger children under 8. Maybe state this when advertising or have something for the older children too. Overall, a fantastic time was had. Thank you!

 Queues for rides were disorganised and would benefit from a proper roped off queuing system. Multiple kids upset on the tea cups as it was a free for all. Particularly worse as it got later and the big kids started barging the little kids out the way. Parents were also saying to each other ‘we’ve been waiting longer’ but because there was no system and it’s too dark to see anyone know one knows. Drinks extremely overpriced!

 Too many people.. music before display much better in previous years. No music to fireworks??? Fireworks were good but too short. With many more people attending… expected longer display.

 Such a wonderful family friendly event. Very well organised and the lovely community of volunteers where beyond amazing. Would definitely be coming back next year!

 We have attended the last 2 years This one was not great. Far too many people and then at 7.30 when the fireworks were supposed to start and everyone is waiting we are told it's another 15 minutes because there are massive queues waiting to get in! So everyone that got there on time has to stand in the cold. Also very pricey this year £7 for a small cup of mulled wine. All the food etc was well overpriced All in all disappointed.

 The firework display was fantastic! One of the best I have seen. Range of food stalls was also good and the atmosphere felt very family friendly. Areas thst could be improved were the family queue to enter which was slow and the lack of any surfaces to rest drinks or food on in the field. The rides were also expensive and better suited to v small kids under 5 so it would have been good see a bit more variety there at more reasonable prices.

 Good fireworks, however que at 7:30 was very long and buses were on diversion (out of the organisers control) meant a 2 mile walk after back to a bus stop that was being served

 Great night, disappointed there was only one stall for kids toys as the line was just too long. As a mum with a young child the delay in the start to appease the late comers was disappointing as well.

 Really long queue to get in, hard to get to the toilets, really short fireworks display which lasted no more than 10 minutes and was very late (continued announcements to that effect) which is difficult when you have excited children who are asking every five minutes when it will start

 Great display and lots of decent food choices. One suggestion would be that the kids disco could have been before the display. I found the children didn’t have enough to entertain them before the display especially as it was delayed and they were getting restless.

 Superb show of Pyrotechnics.
