Guest Waiver of Liability. Promoter acknowledges and agrees to ensure each guest or attendee who will attend the Event will be notified of the following prior to purchasing or agreeing to attend the Event: “I understand and agree that by purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, 14B Rooftop | Lounge and the Whale Building. nor its affiliate and subsidiary corporations, nor any of their respective employees, officers, agents, contractors or assigns (hereinafter referred to as “Released Parties”) may be held liable or responsible in any way for any injury, death or other damages or liabilities to me, my family, estate, heirs or assigns that may occur as a result of my participation or attendance to the Event or as a result of any act or omission of the Released Parties, including but not limited to, the negligence of any type by any party, including the Released Parties, whether passive or active.”
