So glad I went to this class! You can definitely tell Dani knows what she's talking about! So informative and I could have listened to her speak all day. Love her energy! After seeing her in person there's not doubt that what she is doing works. I left with more of a desire to work on changing some bad habits and becoming a healthier person.
