Crossroad Tours Inc.

 We were dropped off where there were no food or drink booths.No restaurants even close. It was raining so we had to find a place to cover while waiting for the show which was 3 hours late due to rain. No one's fault, but due to roads closed, we just got dropped anywhere. It was a bit frustrating. Even though we had some small snacks we were hungry and wet. We would not do that event again, way too many variables to mess up the fun of the day.

 Nice bus and great driver

 Our Tour Guide, Nikki, was a lot of fun - our bus driver was also good.

 We were very disappointed to discover, day of, that we would be on a tiny bus with no restroom. The ride was very rough and uncomfortable. I understand why there was a change, but a little bit of notice would’ve been helpful so that we could prepare For the change (not count on having a restroom available, taking pain medication ahead of the rough ride).

 They cancelled the trip

 Shelley our driver was not only kind, but extremely efficient at her job . She was attentive to us the guests and managed what could have been a tragic accident well. She’s a fantastic driver. She’s an asset to your company.
