Despite a successful career, she aspired to build her own organization. In 1996, a dentist friend sought her help with OSHA compliance, revealing a gap in private practice support. After months of research, Compliance Alliance was born to help providers navigate complex compliance challenges. By the late 2000s, infection prevention became a top priority in outpatient healthcare. As clinics struggled with new regulations, our team of Safety & Infection Prevention Specialists led the way, developing customized programs, systems, and documentation to ensure the highest standards of safety for patients, families, and staff.
