The purpose of this workshop is to provide a basic introduction to the concepts of Coffee "Cupping". This two hour event will introduce you to the who, what, where , when, and why of Cupping. You will be introduced to the various techniques and methods associated with this age old coffee tasting ceremony. You will dive off into a sensory experience like no other. This workshop is an eye opening look into the world of flavor, smell, and texture that coffee has to offer. In a private setting, you and a handful of other participants will expereince a comprehensive introduction to Coffee Cupping. Included in the price of admission is one L+F Coffee Tasters Journal, A Department of Brewology Ceramic "Cupping" merit badge, and a laminated copy of the Specialty Coffee Association "Flavor Wheel". You will also be provided with samples of several various Specialty Coffee Beverages throughout the event. Whether you area coffee amateur or an expereinced coffee nerd, this workshop has something for you.
