   Nice environment but I didn’t like that club doors didn’t open till 8:30, compared to 8 like stated in advertisement. Also, online ticket purchasers had to wait in a separate longer line.

   Disappointed with the way the entrance to venue was handled. We stood in cool weather for over 40 minutes to be told that people who purchased tickets (not online) would be allowed in first. We paid over $85 for 2 tickets to be told that people that had actual ticket will go.Also, manager of club went live and announced that he purchased extra tables to first come first serve for upstairs. When we finally were in we were u informed that the tables were reserved after all.

   Overall awesome place - never been there . Ticket system for entry could been better coordinated. They had one girl checking online tickets . They didn’t give her a scanner so she could scan tickets on phone so she had to type each ticket # individually. Once she entered she had to find your new elope with the tickets . They she had to arm band people herself . Maybe use a scan gun to scan tickets and another person to do arm bands . Maybe add no guns on your rules outside
